| 2026-06-11 | jwst_1552.pmap | latest | Delivering a new MIRI flat rmap that expands the list of readpatt values for files 0843-0848 to cover FAST, FASTGRPAVG, FASTGRPAVG16, FASTGRPAVG32, FASTGRPAVG64, FASTGRPAVG8, FASTR1, and FASTR100. This update is being made in an effort to standardize the header values, so that all of the frequently updated flats have all readout patterns. |
| 2026-05-29 | jwst_1551.pmap | delivered | Data affected - NIRSpec, IFU modes taken after 2022-01-01, chromcorr reference files. This NIRSPEC delivery contains an initial set of NIRSpec IFU CHROMCORR reference files. These new reference files are implemented in the pipeline as part of the NIRSpec instrument model and WCS transforms built in the assign_wcs step. These files contain models that correct for chromatic effects in the NIRSpec fore-optics that otherwise cause source centroids to move through IFU cubes by up to 40 mas, depending on filter-disperser and corresponding to up to approximately 0.4 spaxels in default IFU cubes, as a function of wavelength. The new reference files correct the wavelength dependent drift of source centroids to approximately 5 mas or 0.05 spaxels or less, with the largest residuals in F100LP G140M and G140H. |
| 2026-05-28 | jwst_1550.pmap | delivered | Delivering the first NIRSpec chromcorr rmap to initialize this new reference type and prepare for subsequent chromcorr reference file deliveries. |
| 2026-05-28 | jwst_1549.pmap | delivered | New pmap that updates the imaps for all instruments to include an entry for chromcorr, corresponding to a new chromcorr reference type that will be utilized in NIRSpec calibration processing for a chromaticity correction. This imap entry is being set to N/A for all instruments, but will be populated for NIRSpec when initial rmaps and reference files of this type are delivered. |
